Senior Event Sales Manager for Real Estate Tech Conferences

We are seeking an experienced Senior Event Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team in the B2B conference sector focused on real estate technology events. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue, grow the client base, and elevate the profile of our conferences within the real estate tech industry.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned leader with experience in event sales and management, a deep understanding of the real estate and technology sectors, and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing direction, support, and mentorship to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate technology sector.
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans for each real estate tech event.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, sponsors, and partners.
- Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by securing high-value sponsorship packages, exhibition space, and delegate registrations.
- Event Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with the event production team to ensure alignment with the needs and expectations of sponsors, exhibitors, and delegates.
- Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs within the real estate tech and proptech sectors.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and key market insights.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in B2B event sales, preferably within the real estate tech or conference sector.
They will possess strong leadership and people management skills, an in-depth understanding of the real estate technology and proptech sectors, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in using CRM tools and data analytics.
A strong focus on driving results is essential for this role.
