About the Role
- As Chief Visual Officer, you will be responsible for elevating the brand's visual identity across all digital and social platforms, including websites, email, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality digital content for websites and social networks, showcasing exceptional creativity and innovative thinking.
- Partner with brand strategy, ecommerce, design, and sales teams to develop compelling content strategies and programs aligned with the brand vision.
- Collaborate with eCommerce and Marketing to create premium content across owned and paid channels, including newsletters, advertising, and website features.
- Create stunning social media assets, focusing on Instagram and Facebook (organic and paid), that drive engagement and build brand awareness.
- Assist in creating, distributing, and managing seasonal campaign assets across global organic and paid social channels, fostering a cohesive brand experience.
- Develop animation, graphics, and font treatment/proposal for editorial and campaign assets, pushing the boundaries of creative expression.
- Design motion graphics for web and social media campaigns, captivating audiences and driving brand storytelling.
- Support the Creative Director across content shoots, video shoots, and e-commercial shoots, planning edits for video content and ensuring seamless execution.
- Packaging creation and other branding elements, solidifying the brand's unique identity.
- Manage social media coordinator, pre-approving all content they create and assisting with creative direction for video shoots.
About You
- A standout portfolio showcasing multi-channel work, including EDMs, social, digital, print, campaigns, and videos.
- Strong knowledge of industry-standard software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, FinalCut/Premiere Pro, and Canva.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results under pressure.
- A strong understanding of UX/UI best practices and front-end development skills, with a passion for crafting intuitive user experiences.
- Highly creative and innovative, with an ability to concept design solutions with limited direction.
- At least 5 years of experience in a relevant role, with a demonstrated commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering world-class visual content.
