We're seeking a talented Internal Communications Manager to join our team at Canva, one of the leading companies in Australia. About the Role

We're looking for someone who can develop and implement effective internal communications strategies that inform, engage, and inspire our global team of 5,000 Canvanauts. As a key member of our internal communications team, you'll work closely with leaders across the company to synthesize company-wide updates, events, and developments into compelling content that resonates with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead end-to-end internal communications programs that drive engagement and awareness across the globe
  • Lead our internal communications measurement and reporting program to ensure company communications are clear, engaging, and landing with impact
  • Create and curate high-quality content that moves our goals forward while aligning to Canva's unique tone, style, and values
  • Craft messages, talking points, Q&As, scripts, and visual content that resonate with our team

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in internal communications, chief of staff or people experience role within a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communicator with deep familiarity with Canva
  • Proven ability to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling messages
  • Exceptional planning, prioritization, and execution skills with multiple projects
