About the Role

The Sales Assistant will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales and ensuring the smooth operation of the concession pad. Responsibilities include providing a personalised shopping experience, assisting customers in finding perfect fashion pieces, and maintaining high visual merchandising standards.

You will also assist with stock management, inventory replenishment, and ensuring the concession pad remains clean, organised, and inviting.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle stores, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers and offer personalised shopping advice.
  • A keen interest in fashion, with a solid understanding of current trends and styles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail, particularly in visual merchandising and store presentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.
