**About the Role**

The Product Experience Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting e-commerce offerings, and driving sales growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with customers and consumers in the showroom, leveraging e-commerce strategies to enhance engagement.
  • Providing product briefings, demos, and assistance to customers, ensuring seamless and personalized shopping experiences.
  • Developing strong commercial relationships with customers, identifying key players, and generating interest in Steelcase products.
  • Working closely with showroom space management to ensure optimal customer experience and efficient operations.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service and/or high-turnover sales environments (furniture experience highly regarded).
  • A genuine interest in interior design or furniture design.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service, confident and comfortable making autonomous decisions when required.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and retail point-of-sale systems.
  • Strong phone presence, effective problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
