About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Denim Expert and Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Just Jeans, part of The Just Group. As a key member of our store team, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on denim products to customers, ensuring they find the perfect pair that meets their needs and preferences.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understand their shopping habits, and tailor recommendations to enhance their overall shopping experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets, drive revenue growth, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities to ensure a visually appealing store environment and efficient inventory control.
About The Job

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for fashion, particularly denim. You will be confident, outgoing, and have a genuine interest in helping customers find the perfect product. A background in retail or sales is desirable but not essential.
