We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at our Sydney CBD stores. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer has a memorable and unrivaled experience.

The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude even in challenging situations.

  • You will assist customers with queries, process sales, returns, and gift vouchers
  • You will take a fun and creative approach to selling and share your product knowledge with customers
  • You will escalate any customer complaints to management
  • You will work under the guidance and support of your Store Manager and alongside your team to achieve KPIs and targets
  • You will be part of a team that values themselves and their team members
