Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist
About the Role

  • We are seeking a part-time Retail Sales Assistant to join our Warriewood store.
  • You will be supported by a great team that loves the brand.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create a great dialogue with customers to understand their needs.
  • Style customers to ensure they look and feel great.
  • Participate in store events.
  • Assist the team in the day-to-day running of the store.

Your Qualifications

  • PASSION FOR PROVIDING STYLE ADVICE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN OUR CUSTOMERS LIVES AND MAKE THEIR DAY.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a retail or sales environment.
  • Able to commit to a shift pattern & some flexibility to assist in peak trade periods including weekend work.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, POS and EFTPOS facilities.

What You'll Get

$45,000 - $55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)


This salary reflects the estimated income based on the job requirements, location, and industry standards.
