About the Role

  • Provide world-class customer service to every customer, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our tea products and brewing techniques, enabling you to make informed recommendations to customers.
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising of our stores, maintaining a high standard of presentation and display.
  • Take ownership of your health and safety, as well as the safety of others, by adhering to our safety policies and procedures.

About You

  • You're a customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • You're eager to learn and grow with our team, developing your skills and knowledge to become a true tea expert.
  • You possess strong communication skills, able to effectively engage with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Previous customer service or retail experience is advantageous, but not essential.
