This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join Markem-Imaje's NSW South region team as a Regional Sales Development Manager.
Your primary focus will be on driving new business development and strategic sales growth in the assigned territory, working closely with existing customers and identifying new opportunities within the food, dairy, beverage, and industrial products industries.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have excellent negotiation skills, a clear understanding of the market and competitors, and experience in customer and relationship management. You'll also need to be able to uncover clients' needs through a consultative approach and effectively manage lead and funnel development.
In addition to your technical skills, you'll need to possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a strong drive for results-oriented sales performance.
This is a dynamic role that requires a motivated and autonomous individual who can work independently while also collaborating with internal departments to deliver exceptional outcomes.
You'll have the opportunity to grow your territory revenue and market share, achieve sales targets, and develop a comprehensive sales plan that efficiently covers all accounts and verticals.
A successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of industry sales experience in a related field, preferably with experience selling software solutions with hardware. They'll also need to have a tertiary degree in Business or equivalent business experience, and be able to accurately maintain a CRM (Salesforce.com).
The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, with performance bonuses and yearly merit increases based on performance. We also offer flexible work arrangements, including the option to work from home one day per week, and an Employee Assistance Program.
