Dispute Resolution Specialist, Pacific Insurance

AIG is a leading global insurance provider seeking a skilled Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team in Pacific.
We are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and fair outcomes. As a key member of our Compliance team, you will play a critical role in resolving complex disputes and ensuring regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, and the ability to analyze data and identify root causes.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for professional growth and development, with training provided on AIG's Complaint Management process and identification of complaints.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

You must have strong dispute resolution experience, preferably within insurance, and be able to manage competing priorities in a timely and efficient manner.
Key accountabilities include:
- Reviewing and managing disputes from IDR to EDR
- Drawing insights from cases to identify lessons learned
- Ensuring fair and equitable outcomes for customers
- Providing reports to senior staff on complaint management insights
