Disputes Resolution Specialist Opportunity at Team Global Express

We are seeking a skilled Disputes Resolution Specialist to join our Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) team at Team Global Express (TGE). As a Disputes Resolution Specialist, you will play a crucial role in resolving invoice discrepancies related to shipments, invoices, and services across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and claims within the TGE business.
  • Ensure timely resolution (within 8 days) and maintain open tickets below 700.
  • Analyze data and documentation to understand the root causes of disputes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve upstream processes.
  • Process credit adjustments in line with company policy.
  • Provide insights to help reduce recurring issues.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to engage stakeholders and negotiate resolutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in investigating disputes and ensuring accuracy.
