Human Resource Champion for Culture Development

At the Driftwood Group, we're on a mission to maximise our Human advantage from a culture perspective.
We're seeking an HR Administrator who will be instrumental in maintaining a cheerful persuasion across our organisation - happy people work well together, get things done - make a difference.
With a strong focus on human resources and administration, you'll provide support to our Human Resources Manager related to all services including recruitment and selection, induction, learning and development, communications, compensation, benefits, record administration, employee relations, organisational planning and work health safety.
You'll be responsible for supporting all the administration related to recruitment and onboarding processes including employer branding and engagement.
In addition to this, you'll also provide diary management support to our Managing Director, mail merging documentation, and ensuring all reporting is complete on time.
You'll have the opportunity to share stories and blogs on social media, coordinate events for regular cultural days, education sessions, training, and ad hoc morning/afternoon teas.
This is a six month full-time contract with a possible opportunity for extension or a permanent role.
Our ideal candidate will have strong administration and organisational skills alongside excellent Word and Excel experience.
The estimated salary for this position is around £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
