We're seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Wellbeing Business Partner to join our team in Brisbane, Newcastle, or Sydney. As a key member of our Ecology and Heritage Division, you'll be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of our employees in the field and office.

This is a unique opportunity to influence, educate, and mentor our people in health, safety, and wellbeing practices. You'll work closely with our HSW team and the division to evolve our HSW culture by championing best practice health, safety, and wellbeing advice.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of physical and mental health and safety, experience in HSW audits, risk assessments, training, and inductions, as well as previous experience providing HSW support in the mining or renewables sector. You'll also possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively influence, guide, and mentor business leaders.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with hybrid working options that allow you to balance your work and personal life.
