  • Superior organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
About the Role:

The People and Culture Administrator will play a vital role in supporting various functions within the People & Culture department, enhancing employee engagement and streamlining recruitment processes.

This position will involve close collaboration with the HR Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist, with key responsibilities including:

  • Recruitment Support – assisting with the entire recruitment process from job advertising to interview coordination, candidate communication, pre-employment screening checks and database maintenance
  • Onboarding Champion – guiding new hires through a seamless onboarding process that fosters a strong connection to our company culture
  • Employee Engagement – assisting with organising employee well-being and recognition programs, team building events and feedback initiatives
  • HR Documentation Management – developing, implementing, reviewing and maintaining HR-related documentation, data, policies and records
  • Employee Relations - acting as a point of contact for employee enquiries and addressing concerns
  • Professional Development – identifying and organising training programs for employees
  • HR Reporting & Analytics – collecting and analysing HR data to generate reports informing decision making
Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this role is between $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
