The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Data Strategist to join our team. This critical role will oversee the integrity, functionality, and analysis of HR data across the organisation, providing valuable insights and recommendations to shape our HR strategies. As a key member of our team, you will lead payroll projects, generate and interpret complex data reports, and develop data management standards and procedures to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A strong background in HR data management or a related field, ideally within a large, complex organisation
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex data clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels
- Prior experience in a data or payroll lead role is highly desirable
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum
Location: Our team operates remotely with occasional office visits required
