Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and passionate Human Resources Business Partner to join our team based in Pyrmont. You'll be instrumental in providing generalist operational People and Culture support to the Hanes Brands Retail network in consultation with the HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching and guidance on performance development, talent management, onboarding and induction, ER issue resolution, workforce planning, performance management and wellbeing
  • Drive and support culture and engagement initiatives
  • Conduct and report on onboarding processes and exit interviews
  • Develop and facilitate focused training programs to support team growth and development
  • Maintain strong business partnerships with stakeholders
Requirements

You'll be self-motivated, resilient and a thoughtful influencer, who enjoys change and can provide a fresh approach and way of thinking. Ideally you will have:

  • 2 years generalist HR experience
  • Impressive relationship building skills: respected and well-liked by others and know how to forge, maintain and foster strong working relationships across diverse client groups
  • A passion for coaching and mentoring to drive performance growth and people development
  • Extremely high attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
  • Advanced PC Skills including Excel & Word, with a highly analytical mind
  • Adaptability, Initiative and great communication skills
