About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Experience and Events Partner to join our People Team in Sydney, Australia.
In this role, you will be responsible for championing employee experience by identifying, designing, and implementing strategies and programs that elevate the employee experience, with a focus on onboarding and celebration.
You will also manage the planning and execution of firm-wide events from inception to delivery, ensuring they meet the company's standards and align with its culture and values.
The successful candidate will have experience in event planning, internal branding, and merchandise management. You will work closely with the Employee Services team to deliver exceptional experiences for employees across Asia.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering engaging firm-wide events that foster a sense of community and connection among employees
- Managing relationships with external suppliers, including vendors and service providers
- Providing support to the Employee Services team with smaller team events and office well-being initiatives
- Conducting post-event evaluations, feedback meetings, and tracking event metrics
- Liaising with wider APAC office event planning teams to ensure consistency and global alignment
- Ensuring all events are planned and conducted with a global lens
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional employee experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a formal qualification in Marketing, Event Management, Human Resources, or a related field, and demonstrated experience in a similar role.
Key qualifications include:
- Experience in event planning, internal branding, and merchandise management
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Canva or similar communication creation tools
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is estimated at $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Benefits include private healthcare and gym allowances, plus wellness initiatives, additional leave entitlements, fully stocked kitchen, and regular social and sporting events.
