Dixon Appointments is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in creating a positive, healthy work environment within a fast-paced and dynamic production setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level, strategic advice to the leadership team and coaching to people managers to support employee growth and development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the production to become a trusted advisor and contribute to a culture of trust and respect.
- Lead the delivery of a comprehensive induction program for new employees, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Develop and lead initiatives to support team wellbeing and engagement, fostering a happy and healthy work environment.
- Oversee training and development programs to upskill employees and enhance performance.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, managing employee complaints with thorough processes that meet legislative standards and uphold procedural fairness.
About You
- You have advanced experience in case managing a range of HR issues, with extensive knowledge of employee relations management and contemporary practices in HR management.
- You have experience providing specialist and strategic HR advice to senior stakeholders, demonstrating your ability to interpret relevant legislation and employee awards.
- You possess strong relationship management skills and can build relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
