Job Description

As an HR Business Partner - Employee Wellbeing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a healthy and productive work environment within our fast-paced and dynamic production setting. You will deliver trusted HR guidance across all stages of the employee lifecycle, from induction and policy implementation to performance management and conflict resolution.

  • Provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders and coaching to people managers.
  • Become a trusted advisor, building strong relationships across the production and driving initiatives that support team wellbeing and engagement.
  • Lead the delivery of comprehensive induction programs for new employees.

You will oversee training and development programs, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and manage employee complaints while upholding procedural fairness.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote employee mental health and wellbeing.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee relations management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and enhance employee experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and employee awards, providing expert advice to stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits
