The People Experience Business Partner is a strategic and operational role, where you'll oversee a team of at least one indirect report, providing guidance to senior leaders on various people matters.

This includes implementing cyclical HR activities within dedicated practice groups and working on strategic HR projects and initiatives. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure policies, practices, and programs are addressed at the Firm and individual Practice Group level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the business in employee-related matters including employee development, performance, remuneration, well-being, benefits, employee relations, and change management.
  • Provide case management support for workplace relations matters, including performance management, misconduct, sick leave, grievances, disputes, terminations, bullying, harassment, and discrimination.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement within designated practice groups, with opportunities to implement changes across the wider business.
  • Lead and/or support HR projects and initiatives such as policy development, process improvements, and system implementations.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Salary Estimate: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience

This Strategic HR Business Partner role requires an experienced professional who can provide guidance to senior leaders, develop strong relationships with stakeholders, and drive HR initiatives forward.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • HR Business Partnering experience in a professional services firm
  • Strong understanding of Fair Work Act and employment law
  • Best practice HR generalist knowledge
  • Consultative approach with excellent time management skills
