HR Business Partner: Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

Brook Recruitment, an innovative recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team. In this role, you will provide strategic support to clients in all aspects of human resources.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled HR professional to manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing. You will also be responsible for completing performance appraisals and salary reviews, providing HR advice to line managers, assessing training needs, and coordinating appropriate training. Additionally, you will conduct on-boarding and inductions for new employees and manage employee exit processes.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in a generalist HR role is essential, and you should have a professional and vibrant approach to your work.
