About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Bendigo. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level to partner with Managers across the O'Connor group.

This position requires an extremely perceptive person who can relate to individuals at all levels within the organisation. You will have the ability to coach and counsel managers, supervisors, and employees on employee relations issues, providing advice and support to successfully navigate employee issues with successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guiding managers in employee disciplinary action adhering to legal requirements, reducing legal risk and ensuring regulatory compliance.">
  • Demonstrated experience in key aspects of the HR Functions involvement and leadership of the Employee Life Cycle; namely areas of performance management, talent selection, employee onboarding, manager support and coaching.">
  • Ability to handle and resolve interpersonal conflict">
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, stressful work environment">
