Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, plus superannuation (pro rata), ensuring our employees receive fair compensation for their expertise and dedication.
About the Role:
As an HR Business Partner, you will report to the Line Producer and Unit Production Manager. Your primary responsibility will be creating a positive, healthy work environment within our fast-paced and dynamic production setting. You will provide trusted, practical HR guidance across all stages of the employee lifecycle, from induction and policy implementation to performance management and conflict resolution. This will enable employees and managers to feel supported and thrive in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level, strategic advice to the leadership team and coaching to people managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the production, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Lead the delivery of a comprehensive induction program for new employees.
- Develop and lead initiatives to support team wellbeing and engagement.
- Oversee training and development programs.
- Oversee compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee complaints, ensuring thorough processes that meet legislative standards and uphold procedural fairness.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Advanced experience in case managing a range of HR issues, with extensive knowledge of employee relations management and contemporary practices in HR management.
- Experience providing specialist and strategic HR advice to senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated high-level knowledge in psychosocial risk management and the ability to support employee mental health.
- Ability to interpret relevant legislation and employee awards.
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
