- $75k to $80k + Super + Comms

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a skilled Merchant Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for preserving and expanding a customer base in a fast-paced, competitive setting. You will work closely with the team to identify opportunities to retain customers and develop creative strategies to achieve this goal.
Key responsibilities include:
- Seizing ownership of customer relationships from day one
- Developing and implementing retention strategies
- Monitoring key insights across Transacting Customers and other critical processes
- Building enduring relationships with customers
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in Customer Service, Retention, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or relevant role
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Ability to establish collaborative customer relationships in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a high-change, often ambiguous business environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility, positivity, and a can-do attitude
- Proven experience with CRM software (Netsuite ideally) and G Suite
