About the Role

The Member Retention Consultant is a pivotal position in our contact centre, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting RT Health products and services. As the first point of contact for our members, you will be the face of our organization, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for all interactions. Your primary goal is to save existing members who have indicated they wish to cancel and win back members who have left the fund.

This role requires a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for managing member issues and concerns, providing high-level customer service, and undertaking training and development as required.

About You

We are seeking an individual who is proactive, solutions-focused, and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will have experience in a contact centre, preferably within the private health insurance industry. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
  • Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and sales
