Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at My People Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and development across Melbourne, building strong relationships with existing and new account customers, and stakeholders.
About the Role
This is a pivotal position that requires a driven individual who can consistently achieve and exceed targets. As a senior business development manager, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and implementing plans to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new account customers, and stakeholders.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue expansion.
- Provide timely solutions and information to customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a senior business development manager in a B2B role.
- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Qualifications in marketing, business, or commerce are highly desirable.
- Experience working in IT or Telecommunications is well-regarded but not essential.
- A current, full driving license and national police check are required.
What We Offer
This role comes with a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 per annum, plus a car allowance, laptop, mobile phone, and quarterly sales targets and commission payments. You will have the opportunity to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm, in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
