About the Role

We are looking for a Strategic Growth Director to manage all strategic and operational Marketing and Sales activities, reporting directly to the CEO and COO. Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning, developing, and implementing marketing and sales strategies to achieve financial growth and align with corporate goals.
  • Directing and managing business development activities, including leading a team of business development managers, estimators, marketing professionals, and bid professionals.
  • Setting clear objectives to maximise individual, divisional, and departmental performance.
  • Ensuring robust processes around bid no-go and commercials are formulated and followed.
  • BUILDING key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals, and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
  • Acting as the critical liaison between potential clients and internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain a high-profile and premium market presence.

Your Skills and Qualifications

We seek a dynamic professional with a proven ability to lead strategic growth and proficiency in securing labour service contracts in the FM, cleaning, or property services fields. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Proven ability to lead a BD function and team to drive, secure, and win extensive commercial cleaning or integrated FM service contracts ranging between $1 million and $45 million.
  • Demonstrated financial and commercial acumen, estimating and pricing skillsets to secure profitable and sustainable contracts.
  • Knowledge of the latest systems, processes, and technology to enable a competitive advantage.
  • Skilled in new business development, client retention, forecasting, and planning with expertise in growing market segments and profitability.
  • Knowledge of health and aged sectors would be highly regarded.
