About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Growth Manager to be the overall owner of customer lifecycle for DoorDash Australia. This role will design and lead the implementation of initiatives across pricing, promotions, and product merchandising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a strategy that sets out how we'll best win the hearts, minds, and business of new and existing customers
  • Analyse the strategic, operational, and financial impacts of decisions on our customer base
  • Transform strategies into operational experiments that create measurable and actionable outcomes
  • Lead a rockstar team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve collective success
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, product, technology, banking, or analytics
  • Strong business acumen and ability to identify the 'so what' from data
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills and ability to operate at the lowest level of detail
  • Grit and willingness to break through barriers to deliver exceptional results
