Are you an experienced and skilled professional looking for a challenging role that utilizes your project management, communication, and leadership skills?
In this position, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of the end-to-end proposal development process, ensuring that every submission is compliant, high-quality, and compelling.
You'll work closely with a broad network of stakeholders—across Finance, Commercial, People & Culture, and Operations—bringing together the right expertise to deliver winning proposals that secure new business and strengthen our market position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full proposal/bid lifecycle, from planning and scheduling through to submission.
- Analyse tender requirements and ensure proposals meet all specifications, compliance needs, and deadlines.
- Coordinate contributions from cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand voice.
- Implement and maintain governance, templates, and content libraries that drive efficiency and quality.
- Facilitate kick-off meetings, storyboarding, and review cycles to engage and guide proposal teams.
- Ensure compliance with legal, commercial, and regulatory requirements.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, uplifting our approach to bid management techniques.

- Experience leading cross-functional proposal teams.
- An existing or ability to obtain an Australian Government security clearance.
