We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Writer to play a key part in our business development and customer retention efforts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling, high-impact responses that clearly demonstrate value, experience, and outcomes. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather accurate insights and bring proposals to life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Crafting persuasive, high-quality tenders, EOIs, and proposals that reflect a depth of service and innovation.
  • Translating complex clinical, operational, and technical content into strong, customer-focused narratives.
  • Collaborating across the business to gather accurate, relevant insights and bring proposals to life.
  • Managing multiple proposals and competing priorities while meeting deadlines with precision and professionalism.
  • Developing and maintaining a content library, including service descriptions, case studies, response templates, and transition plans.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience writing and managing end-to-end tender, EOI, or proposal responses, ideally in a fast-paced or regulated environment.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality, compliant, and persuasive submissions for government or enterprise customers.
  • Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes and evaluation criteria.
  • Excellent written communication and editing skills, with a focus on structure, clarity, and strategy.
  • Confident managing deadlines, coordinating inputs across multiple stakeholders, and working independently without heavy oversight.
