Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Proposal Development Manager to spearhead our pre-contracts team, driving success in the power and water infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or project management with experience in tendering, business development, procurement, estimating, risk management, and project controls.
  • Strong knowledge of the power, water, and energy sectors or ability to rapidly acquire new sector expertise.
  • Effective coordination with internal departments, including engineering, estimators, legal, quality assurance, and operations teams.
  • Exceptional influencing and communication skills, encompassing proposal writing, facilitation, and presentation expertise.
  • Acute market awareness and strategic response when tendering.
  • Proactive management of the proposal process from kickoff to submission, ensuring timely delivery.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or project management.
  • Experience in tendering, business development, procurement, estimating, risk management, or project controls.
  • Strong knowledge of the power, water, and energy sectors or ability to rapidly acquire new sector expertise.
