We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources professional to join our head office executive team as a People and Culture Manager. This role will provide expert guidance, advice, and support on a range of strategic, industrial, functional, and operational influences.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and anticipate HR-related needs, including organizational development, talent management, staff development and learning, workforce relations, work health and safety, and HR reporting.
- Provide strategic leadership and expertise in growing P&C directives.
- Drive a culture of excellence with speed and accuracy across a human resources team.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with SCECS priorities and values.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a HR leadership role.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR Management or similar.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of the Australian employment relations regulatory environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills that show empathy for others, gain respect and credibility with all key stakeholders.
