- Support an Experienced Operations Manager at the Ipswich Site
**The Position**
Working in a small, but important Division of this global organisation, you will report into the Operations Manager and support the team across all things people, culture and workplace health & safety. This role is highly generalist and will see you most busy with recruitment, talent and attraction, ensuring site HR compliance, and some workplace health and safety. This position is part-time, available three days per week with parking on-site at a very large and modern head office facility in the western suburbs (Ipswich). The role would be perfect for someone seeking part-time working arrangements, but also seeking HR career development and future progression within a global business. You will gain exposure to a highly experienced, broader Human Resources team and have the chance to showcase your skills in a global brand.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain resource manning levels to meet business requirements and assist with recruitment and induction processes;
- Provide high level administrative support to the HR department including compilation of weekly HR KPI reports;
- Develop effective relationships with all relevant internal stakeholders;
- Manage the site health and safety management system and ensure all OHS state regulations are complied with;
- Ensure HR information systems, manual and electronic are created and maintained as the primary source of employee information;
**Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Human Resources Officer role;
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Employment Relations, or related business discipline;
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail and an approachable and enthusiastic demeanour;
- Ability to work professionally and effectively within a team environment;
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail;
- High levels of organisation skills; a self-starter who can be committed to seeing projects through to the end.
