About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Worker to join our team at Aruma. As a Youth Worker, you will play a crucial role in guiding and empowering young individuals to become confident and capable.

**Requirements:**

  • Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care), or equivalent, or willingness to enrol.
  • Hold current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements (as per role and/or State).
  • Passionate about human rights and creating positive change.
  • Empathetic and compassionate, with a keen understanding of diverse experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills to be the voice that resonates with others.
  • Enthusiastic team player, eager to collaborate and inspire.
  • Availability for 24/7 rotating roster including weekends & sleepover shifts.
