We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team in the Disability Employment sector. The successful candidate will coordinate and perform day-to-day administration tasks out of our Beenleigh office, with occasional cover at other local sites.
This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients. If you have a can-do attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for administration, we want to hear from you
About the Role:
- Meet and greet clients and manage phone/emails
- Perform general administration functions, including filing and records management
- Provide administrative support to our local team
- Manage petty cash, corporate cards, and reconciliations
