Sales Administration Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced sales administration professional to support one of our top-producing agents in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
- Prepare and process appraisal and listing kits, as well as marketing collateral, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Liaise with vendors and buyers, providing exceptional customer service and communication throughout the transaction.
- Manage databases, enter and update client information, and perform general administration tasks.
- Assist with open homes, private inspections, and other related activities.
- Diary management, coordinating appointments and scheduling for the agent.
- Liaise with solicitors during the settlement process, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal delays.
- Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns to enhance the agent's online presence.
- Coordinate photography and styling for listings, showcasing properties in their best light.
- Prepare vendor reports, detailing property performance and market trends.
Key Requirements:
- A current QLD Real Estate Registration is essential for this role.
- Prior real estate experience is mandatory, with a focus on sales administration and customer service.
- The successful candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
