About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Subscription Campaign Manager to join our team at Bauer Media. As a key member of our subscription marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing subscription marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, increase profitability, and retain our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to drive subscriptions sales and collaborate with commercial clients to negotiate strategic alliances and contra deals for promotional activity.
  • Execute membership driving initiatives to increase brand retention and implement, maintain, and monitor live campaigns for both acquisition and retention activity.
  • Research brand composition and opportunities for cross-brand collaboration and promotions, and ensure direct marketing, CRM, and membership focus is fundamental to campaign implementation.

Requirements:

  • Strong marketing experience and mindset, with knowledge of audience development and user-experience.
  • Strong digital marketing skills with knowledge of SEM, SEO, programmatic marketing tools, and tactics.
  • Strong analytical ability to draw insights from previous campaigns and apply to future activity.
