About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Retention Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up
  • Identify and address customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service and support
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Superior customer service skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and disciplined with a proven track record of meeting targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Computer literacy and experience with database management
