Develop a Comprehensive Customer Retention Strategy

We are seeking a seasoned retention marketing professional to develop and execute a comprehensive customer retention strategy, focusing on LTV optimization, user experience enhancement, and customer journey mapping.

The ideal candidate will oversee retention marketing efforts, including email marketing and loyalty program management, while analyzing customer data to identify opportunities for improving retention and engagement.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure alignment of retention initiatives with overall business goals.

Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in retention and loyalty programs is crucial for success in this role.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in retention marketing and customer loyalty program management, preferably in the DTC or subscription industry
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and segmentation, with a focus on driving customer lifetime value
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a part-time, freelance capacity, with availability for 20 hours per week in the CET timezone
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and direct-to-consumer business models, with a track record of driving retention and loyalty in these contexts
