About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Growth Manager to join our team at Culture Amp. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic account planning and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Planning: Develop and execute tailored account plans to drive growth and revenue across our customer base.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders at our enterprise customers to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in customer sales with a focus on expansion-driven revenue targets.
  • Proven experience in the SaaS space, particularly within HR Tech or related fields.
  • Strong ability to identify and self-source expansion opportunities, employing innovative strategies.
  • Exceptional executive presence with polished presentation and communication skills, particularly when engaging with VP and C-suite executives.
Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
