Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve complaints end to end as the go-to escalation point across multiple contact channels within Customer Service.
- Convert customers into owners by expertly recommending Dyson's best products and technology.
- Provide real-time advice and approvals to help resolve owner queries and maintain a high first call resolution rate.
Requirements
- Prior experience within customer service.
- Strong time management skills.
- High level of written communication skills.
