The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes access to hybrid working options after 3 months and a chance to work with a fantastic team of people every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve complaints end to end as the go-to escalation point across multiple contact channels within Customer Service.
  • Convert customers into owners by expertly recommending Dyson's best products and technology.
  • Provide real-time advice and approvals to help resolve owner queries and maintain a high first call resolution rate.

Requirements

  • Prior experience within customer service.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • High level of written communication skills.
