Senior Customer Success Director

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Culture Amp, you will be responsible for helping customers achieve their goals. Your role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet those needs. You will also be expected to learn quickly and take action that leads to the success of your customers.
You will be working with a well-structured and innovative CS team that uses industry-leading products. The team's goal is to advance employee feedback and performance strategy for Mid-Market customers (200-1000 employees). Your responsibilities will include meeting with CPOs, Heads of People, and CEOs to have strategic customer conversations alongside Account Managers who partner closely with Customer Success. You will also enable customers in using the platform and more broadly, the domain of people and culture.
The role offers a range of benefits, including access to world-class CS tools, such as collaborative email tools, CRM, Slack, and G-Suite. You will manage a large book of business, have effective conversations to help customers take the best path to success with a complex and powerful product. You will also partner with Account Managers and Renewals Managers who play a key role in securing renewals and expansions.
