About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Partnerships Account Manager to join our Marketing team on a 3-month contract. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and developing key strategic partnerships. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to drive successful partnership initiatives that align with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partnership Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing partnership strategies that drive revenue and margin growth.
  • Revenue & Margin Growth: Support the partnership team in achieving revenue and margin targets.
  • Business Knowledge: Understand our business model and verticals to identify new integration opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners for long-term success.
  • Negotiation: Assist in negotiating partnership agreements and contracts to maximize profitability.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on partnership performance, making necessary commercial adjustments.
  • Budget Management: Help manage the budget for partnership activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams across various departments to drive partnership success.
Key Functions
  • Revenue Generation: Support the achievement of partnership revenue and margin targets.
  • Strategy Execution: Contribute to executing partnership strategies.
  • Onboarding: Oversee onboarding of new partners and ensure smooth integration.
  • Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and events; work with other sales roles to leverage networks.
  • Networking: Attend industry events to expand partnership opportunities.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse data to optimize partnership performance.
  • Reporting: Deliver comprehensive performance reports to senior management.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in partnership or account management.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business revenue streams and commercial acumen.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
