As a Strategic Partnership Manager at Square Inc., you will be responsible for growing and expanding our key strategic partnerships across a defined portfolio of Australia-based mid-market merchants. Your goal will be to exceed profitability targets for Square and our partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute multi-year account plans in conjunction with our strategic partners.
- Lead the evolution of our pricing and contract renewal process to establish clear and measurable ROI models for Square and its partners.
- Deliver a proactive customer growth strategy to drive merchant usage, satisfaction, and revenue growth across our current contracts and new opportunities.
- Establish clear marketing best practices, optimization strategies, and expansion plans with our partners and monitor performance.
- Lead merchant advocacy within the Square business.
- Experience in a client-facing sales/account management/customer success role.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to manage complex relationships across all internal and external stakeholders, and build advocacy.
- Experience in e-commerce or start-up environments with global operations will be highly regarded.
- Experience covering planning, people management, reporting, and profitability metrics.
- Experience in B2B sales.
