About the Role

The Senior Partner Account Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with strategic partners to drive revenue growth and ensure mutual success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Pursue New Partnership Opportunities

Identify, evaluate, and pursue new partnership opportunities aligned with company objectives, leveraging market trends and competitor activities to drive growth.

Negotiate Partnership Agreements

Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure compliance with our governing company policies, utilizing strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Account Management and Business Prioritization

Accountability for partner business prioritization, contracting, technology strategy, and ongoing account management of the book of business, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Revenue Growth and Market Expansion

Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion within the book of business, analyzing data to understand partner outcomes and optimize performance.

Market Analysis and Trend Identification

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for partnership expansion, providing strategic guidance and insights to drive business growth.

Regular Business Reviews and Performance Assessment

Conduct regular business reviews to assess progress and identify areas of improvement, working closely with internal teams to maximize the value of partnerships.

Partner Success and Up-Sell/Cross-Sell Opportunities

Discover the challenges and aspirations of partners within the book of business, using our platform and product portfolio to enable their success through ongoing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements
  • Proven Experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development

Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the Tech SaaS industry.

Strong Negotiation and Contract Management Skills

Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to negotiate partnership agreements and ensure compliance with company policies.

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal teams.

Demonstrated Ability to Analyze Data and Market Trends

Demonstrated ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
