- Drive the acquisition of high-quality product donations from corporate partners.
- Build and nurture relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyse partnership performance to maximise impact.
- Proven experience in partnership development and account management with a track record of securing and managing high-value partnerships.
- Existing network of contacts within the corporate sector desirable with experience in the non-profit sector, corporate social responsibility, or retail/wholesale industries.
- A background in sales or account management with the ability to lead on the full partnerships cycle from new relationship development to pitch, partnerships negotiations and account development.
- A track record of working to financial targets or partnership performance KPIs with a results focus.
- Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal skills and communication, both written and verbal.
- A strategic focus with strong business acumen and the ability to find solutions and think creatively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- The ability to work in small, dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for social impact and an alignment with Good360's mission.
