About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Partnerships Manager to join our team at Klaviyo. As a key member of our Mid-Market go-to-market team, you will be responsible for building and establishing a book of business in the Mid-Market and enterprise partnerships space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage relationships with key leaders and decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise organizations.
  • Develop and execute a long-term strategy with partners to help them meet their business goals alongside Klaviyo.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to your network of partners, providing guidance and support to help them grow their business.
  • Work closely with the APAC regional team to establish a strong presence in the region.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive business development opportunities and co-selling initiatives.
  • Develop and manage a lead referral pipeline with your partner portfolio.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to inform your partnerships strategy.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in SaaS account management, channel, and/or sales.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships.
  • Strong consultative and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia without restriction.
