We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished partnerships manager to join our team at Klaviyo. As a Senior Partner Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our marketing agency and systems integrator partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive business growth and revenue through partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities with partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement partner enablement strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their business goals.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of partner business models, growth strategies, and pain points.
- Identify and develop new revenue streams through partnerships.
- Manage and analyze partner performance data to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and partners.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in SaaS account management, channel sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships.
- Strong understanding of business development and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
