This Administrative Support Specialist position is an excellent opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our fleet operations. The role will provide administrative support to the Fleet Maintenance team, including managing timesheets, leave, overtime, and allowances.
Responsibilities:
- Input fleet data, update timesheets, and create the Appliance Availability Report as per Fleet Operations Manager's guidelines.
- Verify timesheets, review leave forms, process claims, track absenteeism, and resolve documentation issues.
- Support the Fleet Operations Manager in streamlining admin and workshop processes.
- Collect and analyse workshop labour, leave, and appliance availability data.
- Provide admin staff coverage, manage petty cash, and assist with invoicing, rostering, document drafting, and supply orders.
About You
- Ability to be on-site 5 days per week.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Experience with data entry, payroll verification, and basic financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
What We Offer
We are offering a competitive salary package of approximately $85,000 - $95,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes superannuation and other benefits.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience with data entry, payroll verification, and basic financial processes.
